Physical construction of the Yogyakarta-Solo toll road is targeted to begin in late 2020. The Chair of the Tender Committee who is also a Member of the Toll Road Regulatory Agency (BPJT) Koentjahjo Pamboedi said the implementation of the Prequalification of Toll Road Concession Tenders (PPJT) for the Yogyakarta-Solo toll road section is still ongoing. 93.14 kilometers of road sections began to be offered since last Monday (11/4). The prequalification process (PQ) is targeted for completion in January 2020.
The prequalification registration for the Solo-Yogyakarta-Kulonprogo toll road will end until January 3, 2020. The project is estimated to cost up to Rp28.85 trillion. The 76.36 km Yogyakarta-Bawen project has an investment value of Rp17.38 trillion
