The TIW® IB-TC-R Hydro Hanger is a premium hanger with an integral body and dual cones machined tubing. The IB-TC-R Hydro Hanger is especially effective in deviated wells, because it does not require the manipulation of a mechanical set hanger. It is set hydraulically by applying pressure to the run-in string. A setting ball is circulated or allowed to gravitate to a ball seat in the PDC HS-SR Landing Collar. Applied pressure acts on the internal piston, moving the slips into a set position.

The IB-TC-R Hydro Hanger staggered cone design gives maximum bypass area for ease of running and circulation. The tandem cone design provides greater hanging capabilities by distributing slip load over a greater area.

The IB-TC-R Hydro Hanger is recommended for running a liner inside another liner, running a liner from a floating drilling platform or semi-submersible or running a liner in deviated holes. It may be used as a mid-string hanger or as a mud line suspension hanger.
