CONTAINER TO PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Vendor is the party that sells the container.
- Buyer is the party who buys the container.
- Buyers can order the container they want to buy with certain specifications.
- The vendor must explain the condition of the container in detail and transparently without being covered up.
- The vendor must provide a guarantee within a certain period of time regarding the container to be sold.
- Vendors can provide insurance against containers sold with or without a request from the Buyer.
- The buyer can pick up the purchased container at the warehouse or other agreed place.
- Shipping containers must meet transportation safety standards.
- Vendors must inform Buyers where to collect containers correctly, clearly and in detail.
- All construction and transportation costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
- Depreciation is the depreciation of the value of an item from its original state.
- Payment can be made by bank transfer or other methods recognized in Indonesia.
- Vendors must pay all taxes incurred in the sale and purchase of containers with tax regulations recognized in Indonesia.
- Every container that will be sold must comply with all kinds of rules related to the sale and purchase of containers that apply in Indonesia.
- If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, then the Dispute can be submitted and finalized by arbitration in Indonesia, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), which was established on November 30, 1977 based on the Decree of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce No. SKEP/152/DPH/1977 in Indonesia using Indonesian.
- Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or make changes to these terms and conditions without the approval of the Vendor.
