CONTAINER RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Vendor is the party that rents out the container.
  2. The buyer is the party who wants to rent the container.
  3. The length of the container rental period can be determined by the Vendor and the Buyer.
  4. Buyers can order the container they want to rent with certain specifications.
  5. Vendors must explain the condition of the container in detail and transparently without being covered up.
  6. The vendor must provide a guarantee within a certain period of time regarding the container to be rented.
  7. Buyer must return the container in its original condition as it was first sent by the Vendor.
  8. Vendor can provide insurance against container rental with or without request from Buyer.
  9. The buyer can pick up the container at the warehouse or other agreed place within the territory of Indonesia.
  10. Shipping containers must meet the transportation safety standards applicable in Indonesia.
  11. Vendors must inform Buyers where to collect containers correctly, clearly and in detail.
  12. All construction and transportation costs are borne by the Buyer unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
  13. Depreciation is the depreciation of the value of an item from its original state.
  14. Payment can be made by bank transfer or other methods recognized in Indonesia.
  15. Vendors must pay all taxes incurred in the sale and rental of containers with tax regulations recognized in Indonesia.
  16. For container rental payments, payments can be made by providing a monthly bill from the Vendor to the Buyer.
  17. If you want to send an invoice every month, the Vendor must notify the Buyer a maximum of 3 days before the due date.
  18. If there is a dispute between the vendor and the buyer, it will be resolved through deliberation.
  19. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, then the Dispute can be submitted and finalized by arbitration in Indonesia, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), which was established on November 30, 1977 based on the Decree of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce No. SKEP/152/DPH/1977 in Indonesia using Indonesian.
  20. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without the approval of the Vendor.
