CATERING SERVICES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Catering is food provided by the party providing catering for the crew.
  2. Vendor is a catering service provider who is responsible for providing food to crew members.
  3. Buyer is a Vendor service user.
  4. Crew are crew members who work on the ship during its operation.
  5. Food provided by Vendors must comply with Indonesian standards.
  6. The food given must have obtained a permit from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM).
  7. The food provided must contain halal ingredients and obtain a halal certificate from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI).
  8. The food provided can be in the form of frozen food or ready-to-eat food.
  9. Any food provided must not contain ingredients that are harmful, intoxicating or cause other negative impacts/damage.
  10. Each catering provider must include an expiration date on each package.
  11. Food that does not have an expiration date, may not be given to the crew or any party.
  12. Each Vendor must have a special license to run a catering business.
  13. Indonesian Supplies must be released from any lawsuits resulting from the fault or negligence of the Vendor.
  14. Indonesian Supplies has the right to take all necessary steps if the Vendor and Purchaser of logistics violates these terms and conditions, including to exercise the rights stipulated in the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  15. If there is a dispute between the vendor and the buyer, it will be resolved through deliberation.
  16. If the dispute cannot be resolved through deliberation, then the Dispute may be submitted and finalized by arbitration in Indonesia, in accordance with the regulations of the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI), which was established on November 30, 1977 based on the Decree of the Indonesian Chamber of Commerce No. SKEP/152/DPH/1977 in Indonesia using Indonesian.
  17. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or make changes to these terms and conditions without the consent of the Vendor or Purchaser.
