Based on Law Number 28 of 2014 concerning Copyrights, Indonesian Supplies as a certificate of trademark that has been registered to:
The certificate holder’s obligations are:
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia in the field of intellectual property rights.
- Comply with all kinds of rules and processes in Indonesian Supplies.
- Provide guarantees regarding the authenticity of products to Buyers and Indonesian Supplies.
This registered trademark certificate can be reviewed or revoked if the holder of this certificate does not comply with the obligations in this SMDT and/or commits a criminal act.
This registered trademark certificate (SMDT) is valid from the date of issue and is still valid as long as the product in question is still being sold by the Vendor on the Indonesian Supplies website.
