Shipping Policy
- Indonesian supplies do not allow transactions or product registrations (listings) that violate the intellectual property rights of a brand or the owner of other intellectual property rights. unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Buyers and sellers are prohibited from using the Indonesian supplies platform for transactions that violate the law, such as money laundering, fraud and others.
- Indonesian supplies cannot be held liable if the buyer or seller acts against the law.
- The purchase or exchange of goods is subject to the availability of resources, including, without limitation, the availability of the platform.
- Indonesian supplies make no representations, warranties or warranties of any kind regarding the quality, suitability, safety or capability of the Issued Goods.
- In the event that the delivery applies incoterms ex-work, all forms of responsibility regarding the risks, costs and responsibilities of the goods at the time of transportation, the delivery process and the unloading of goods shall apply the provisions of incoterms.
- The payment process is carried out by bank transfer or Paypal by the buyer to Indonesian supplies.
- Indonesian supplies will provide payment rules to vendors in accordance with the payment terms listed in the vendor terms and conditions on the Indonesian supplies website.
- The price given by the vendor to the buyer does not include 10% value added tax
- Tax payments will be adjusted to the terms and conditions of the vendor listed on the Indonesian supplies website.
- Indonesian Supplies and Vendors can provide coupons in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Goods that have been purchased cannot be canceled, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
