OUTSOURCING INVEST IN PROJECT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Project is an activity or work that produces goods, services, and/or other benefits, both existing and future ones, including investment activities that have been determined.
  2. Every outsourcing project carried out by Vendors and Buyers/Investors must be subject to the rules of giving commissions to Indonesian Supplies based on the level of membership and the terms and conditions of Vendor membership.
  3. Payment of taxes will be adjusted to the terms and conditions of the Vendor.
  4. Procurement of outsourced projects is subject to availability of resources, including, without limitation, platform availability.
  5. Vendors and Buyers/Investors may only undertake outsourcing projects that have complied with all the terms and conditions contained in Indonesian Supplies.
  6. Project work that has been approved cannot be canceled, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
  7. Vendors and Buyers/Investors are prohibited from using the Indonesian Supplies platform for the procurement of outsourcing projects that have the potential to violate the law, such as money laundering, fraud and other criminal provisions.
  8. Vendors and Buyers/Investors are responsible for including the full name and address of the outsourced project so that project procurement can be carried out correctly.
  9. The vendor warrants that the person concerned is the legal owner and is entitled to the project to be delivered by Indonesian Supplies and has agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of the applicable Indonesian Supplies.
  10. Vendors and Indonesian Supplies may provide coupons to Buyers/Investors in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions.
  11. The payment process can be made by bank transfer or Paypal by the Buyer/Investor to Indonesian Supplies which will then be forwarded to the Vendor when the entire project work process has been completed in accordance with the terms and conditions that have been regulated or otherwise specified in the contract.
  12. Indonesian Supplies does not allow transactions or procurement of projects that infringe the intellectual property rights of a brand, patent or owner of other intellectual property rights. Unless expressly stated otherwise.
  13. Indonesian Supplies cannot be held liable if the Vendor or Buyer/Investor commits an unlawful act or default.
  14. Indonesian Supplies makes no representations, warranties or warranties of any kind regarding the quality, suitability, safety or capability of any outsourced project undertaken.
  15. Indonesian Supplies will not be responsible for any delay, loss, damage, loss or error in project work caused by the acts or omissions of the Vendor or the Buyer/Investor.
  16. Indonesian Supplies has the right to take all necessary steps if the Vendor, Buyer/Investor violates these terms and conditions, including to exercise the rights stipulated in the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  17. The terms and conditions of the outsourcing project determined by the Vendor must not conflict with these terms and conditions.
  18. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or make changes to these terms and conditions without the consent of the Vendor or other party.
