Responsibilities

  • Identify right markets, identify the alternative offers and define relevant end-users
  • Develop strategies and tactics to boost the company reputation and drive qualified traffic
  • Work on the development of the products lines and e-Products sold on line with the management
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns from ideation to executions with the products line managers
  • Experiment various organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly
  • Oversee and design marketing material, from website content to hard copy brochures and case studies

Requirements

  • knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
  • knowledge of Google Adwords campaigns optimisation, SEO and SEA
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets with Strategic abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Fluent in English, Bahasa, others such as German, Chinese or French is a plus
  • BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field
