Indonesian Supplies as part of our quality management process is running a supplier’s performance review, based on the following criteria:
Purchasing order activities
Volume of sales and number of Orders cancelled
Volume of sales and number of Orders cancelled
Supplier compliance to Indonesian Supplies terms and conditions
Supplier capability by product line
Supplier ability to re-design its products portofolio to the market needs
Supplier products and services non performance
Supplier number of resolution
Purchasing order cancellation rate (%)
Number of warranty issues
Warranty acceptance rate (%)
The supplier and Indonesian Supplies representatives shall meet and discuss about the as described above .
The final objective is to develop a sustainable and effective partnership between the suppliers and Indonesian supplies members.
