Responsibilities:
- Liaise with customers requests via phone, emails, chatting tools
- Be involved in the stores creation and the stocks management
- Assisting visitors and members to find the best products or service
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands
- Dealing with customer refunds.
