In 1998, CHAMBRIARD cutlery embarked on the adventure of knives "Le Thiers®" (a registered trademark) by Chambriard. These knives, patented, and protected, come in 8 ranges : the "Companion", "Compact", "Grand cru", the "Table" knife and "Dessert" knife, the "Trapper", the "Trapper Grand cru" and the "Grand Gourmet" kitchen series.
