INTERNAL LOGISTIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Internal logistics are all kinds of activities or processes that occur within the company belonging to the logistics vendor, starting from receiving orders for goods until the goods are ready to be sent using land, sea or air transportation.
  2. Logistics vendors can use human labor or use any form of computerized technology system to facilitate internal logistics processes.
  3. The logistics vendor must guarantee that the Buyer’s goods will be safe during the internal logistics process.
  4. Logistics vendors must not carry out activities that can slow down, damage or harm the interests of the Buyer regarding the goods that have been ordered.
  5. The logistics vendor must inform the Buyer about the internal logistics process timeframe.
  6. If the time period for the internal logistics process is not informed by the logistics Vendor, the Buyer can ask questions to Indonesian Supplies and/or the logistics Vendor.
  7. If there is damage, loss or other bad actions then it is entirely the responsibility of the logistics vendor to bear all financial losses
  8. If the Buyer is harmed due to negligence or intentional negligence of the logistics Vendor so that an undesirable event occurs as referred to in point 6, the logistics Vendor is obliged to replace all losses belonging to the Buyer without involving Indonesian Supplies.
  9. The logistics vendor must provide a certificate of goods coverage insurance at the Vendor’s facility.
  10. Buyer can view goods insurance certificate on Vendor page or can request if it is not available.
  11. The buyer must check and agree to all the terms stated in the certificate of insurance.
  12. If the Buyer wants additional protection for goods being processed in Vendor’s internal logistics, it can be done at an additional cost.
  13. If the goods are damaged during the internal logistics process, the Buyer and the Vendor must provide information to Indonesian Supplies by submitting a proposal containing follow-up on the quality of service provided by the logistics Vendor.
  14. Logistics vendors are responsible for replacing any damage and loss of goods that occur during the internal logistics process.
  15. Indonesian Supplies must be released from any lawsuits resulting from the fault or negligence of the logistics Vendor.
  16. Indonesian Supplies has the right to take all necessary steps if the logistics Vendor and the Buyer violate these terms and conditions, including to exercise the rights stipulated in the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  17. The terms and conditions determined by the logistics Vendor regarding internal logistics must not conflict with these terms and conditions.
  18. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or make changes to these terms and conditions without the need for approval from the logistics Vendor or Buyer.
