Subsea completions on Mudline Suspension Systems are available from Dril-Quip. The Mudline Conversion System is a system of components that provides an economic and efficient method of adapting a mudline suspension system to a subsea production tree.

System Components

The Dril-Quip Mudline Conversion System includes the following components:

• Subsea Tubing Hanger System with metal-to-metal sealing
• Tubing Head
• Stab-in Tie-back Tool
• Bit Guide
• Radial Bolt Tree Adapter
• Subsea Tree (block valves or stack valves)

System Features

The Dril-Quip Mudline Conversion System package features field-tested technology that incorporates the following:

• Simple, diver-assisted installation
• Vertical adjustment and adapter ring provide rigid support
• Tubing head provides side outlet for annulus monitoring
• Internal lockdown profile for positive lockdown of tubing hanger
• Allows installation of subsea tubing hanger through riser and BOP stack for complete BOP control
• Radial Bolt connection provides easy make up
