Founded in 1972, the company has built and repaired a variety of steel, aluminum alloy and fiberglass reinforced plastic vessels. The New Building Division is able to build ships up to 6500 DWT while the Reapair Division is able to repair ships up to 8000 DWT in size.

The Repair Division has repaired various types of Tanker, Ferry, Dredgers, Tug Boat, Bulk Carriers, Fast Ferry and conversion vessels from container ships to Accomodation Offshore Suppport ships with a capacity of 200 crew and heli-decks.
