ZOOM MEETING TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Zoom is an application from a third-party company which is officially used by Indonesian Supplies in order to carry out meetings with Vendors, Buyers, Consultants & new prospects.
  2. Zoom Meeting is a virtual meeting activity conducted by Indonesian Supplies with Vendors, Buyers, Consultants & new prospects online by using Zoom.
  3. Vendors and Indonesian Supplies may provide to the Buyer Zoom application device with certain conditions.
  4. The Buyer must pay for the Zoom service with a certain nominal fee which is clearly stated on the Indonesian Supplies website terms and conditions.
  5. Vendors and/or Buyers are prohibited from conducting Zoom meetings without notifying and/or involving Indonesian Supplies.
  6. Vendors and/or Buyers are prohibited from using Zoom to carry out activities that may violate the law, such as money laundering, fraud and other criminal provisions or other activities outside the main purpose the settle an agreement between the Buyer, Vendor and Consultant.
  7. Indonesian Supplies cannot be held liable if the Vendor or Buyer takes an unlawful act during the Zoom meeting.
  8. Indonesian Supplies makes no representations and warranties of any kind regarding the quality, suitability, safety or capabilities of the Zoom applications used.
  9. Vendors, Buyers and Consultants must comply with all terms and conditions of Zoom application.
  10. Indonesian Supplies has the right to take all necessary steps if the Vendor and the Buyer violate these terms and conditions, including to exercise the rights stipulated by the laws and regulations in force in Indonesia.
  11. Indonesian Supplies reserves the right to modify or make changes to these terms and conditions without the approval of the Vendor, Buyer and Consultants.
