TRADEMARK REGISTRATION SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To get this service, the Vendor must comply with the following terms and conditions:

1. The vendor acknowledges that the registered trademark is the vendor’s original trademark.
2. Vendor acknowledges that the trademark submitted does not infringe any intellectual property rights or copyrights of other parties.
3. If the Vendor violates copyright, then Indonesian Supplies has the right to take legal action that is possible.
4. Vendor agrees to provide other data required in this trademark registration process.
